We are currently recruiting for a HelpDesk & Workstation Engineer to join our team supporting our UK-based client. You will be responsible for providing first line IT&C support to our clients across the UK.
To support the UK IT&C Team with a wide variety of tasks and projects to ensure the department provides the most efficient technical support to the company, including infrastructure and communications networking and provision of IT equipment. The primary focus of this role is to provide first line IT&C support to clients encompassing the support of desktops and laptops, printers, telephones and mobile devices.
The challenges of this role require a versatile IT professional adept at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment. The role will cover a wide range of Microsoft technologies primarily Windows 10 and Office 365. It also draws upon knowledge of Mobile technologies, specifically Apple iOS devices, iPhones and iPads.
- Head Office IT Support and the provision of a first class service, by being the prime point of contact for IT related issues, seeking the assistance of the UK IT&C team members and the help desk as and when required.
- Support the UK IT&C Team in delivering IT Projects and to deal with first line customer queries.
- Involvement in ICT initiatives & projects to ensure the optimum delivery of IT&C services to clients in the UK, leveraging company standards, systems and expertise as needed.
- Photocopier and Printer support and logging service calls with appropiate service engineers.
