Overview

Gwion Solutions is looking for a virtual assistant to provide administrative support to their team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, calling leads, and scheduling meetings. It is a Bohol based job and you will be working out from our Bool office (near Blood Compact Shrine).

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Doing outbound calls to leads
  • Scheduling appointments for clients
  • Following-up with leads
  • Manage a CRM (customer relationship management software)
  • Organize calendars
  • Perform market research
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • Other administrative work

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year Call Center/BPO experience
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Must be willing and healthy enough to do graveyard shifts
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like CRM’s and VOIP
  • Ability to easily learn new technology (you will be using our own in-house software)
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications like a Bachelors Degree is a plus
