Hi there! Welcome to my profile. You can call me Bianca, 27, single, and a boy mom. I am a rookie virtual assistant with full of eagerness and dedication in doing things that I love. I am currently residing in the "Chicharon Capital of the Philippines", Santa Maria Bulacan.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English in St. Joseph College of Bulacan in the year 2019, and a former junior high school teacher, pre schooler tutor, and lane associate/toll teller for the past years of my professional journey. Throughout this experiences, I have gained a lot of skills and knowledge in variety of aspects in different fields. I managed to improve my communication and organizational skills as well as properly handling different tasks and situations. In addition, I also learned how to actively listen to customers' complaints and inquiries and give them the corresponding answer. Going back to my teaching journey, I mostly utilize different tools in making and delivering lessons to students and that specifically includes MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and Excel, also Google workspace like Slides, Google forms, Google meet, Google drive, and Gmail. Now, as I started my virtual assistance journey, I give my full commitment to learn, so I enrolled to a virtual assistance training last October this year. I learned a lot in this training especially the tools that a VA should be knowledgeable enough. I extremely believe that my skills and capabilities can certainly offer the best virtual assistance to my client specifically with data entry tasks, Facebook Ads management, basic social media management, and content creation using Canva and CapCut.
