Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance to improve reach and conversions. Build and optimize landing pages, set up conversion tracking (GA4/GTM), and manage CRM systems like HubSpot or GoHighLevel. Analyze data, generate reports, and continuously improve strategies to drive leads and business growth.
Provide customers with timely and effective phone answers to their queries. Respond appropriately and address consumer concerns or difficulties.
Encode and generate accurate financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments, expenses, revenues, and daily cash flow reports.
Handle necessary banking activities (e.g. withdrawals, deposits, ordering of checkbook) and perform the duties when necessary.
Prepare and manage the company’s accounting books following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
