Before transitioning into the virtual industry, I worked as a Product Specialist, where I developed strong skills in handling product information, maintaining accurate records, updating data, and communicating with clients. This experience strengthened my attention to detail and organization, which are essential skills in both data entry and virtual assistant roles.
