Each morning begins with a stream of inquiries from the sales team—agents needing support to move their deals forward. Whether it’s generating Sales Offers or Expressions of Interest (EOIs), I step in as the bridge between intention and execution. When requirements are missing, signatures are pending, or clients request cancellations or refunds, I work behind the scenes to resolve these gaps quickly and efficiently, ensuring nothing delays the journey to closing.
I assist agents in structuring deals—calculating client payments, guiding them through the financial breakdown, and enabling the issuance of Reservation Forms and Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs). For deals that require manual attention, I carefully create EOI entries in Zoho CRM, ensuring every detail is accurate and aligned.
Accuracy is at the heart of my role. I verify client information, upload proof of payments, and organize all necessary documentation into the system. But beyond data entry, my work is about connection—constantly coordinating with the Sales Team to chase missing documents, correct discrepancies, and keep each deal moving forward without friction.
Collaboration extends across departments. I liaise closely with the Finance Team to track payments, confirm receipts, prepare Statements of Account (SOAs), and manage refunds and tax invoices. When special cases arise—discount approvals, customized payment plans, or client-specific requests—I take the lead in securing the necessary approvals to keep deals on track.
At the same time, I coordinate with the Operations Team to handle updates to client information, amendments to Reservation Forms, and SPA-related concerns, ensuring every document reflects accuracy and compliance.
One of my key responsibilities is managing bookings for a specific project—overseeing each unit’s journey from reservation to completion. It’s a role that requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of the entire sales process.
In this dynamic environment, I am not just supporting transactions—I am ensuring that every deal flows seamlessly, every client experience is smooth, and every team member has the support they need to succeed.

Operations & Team Management
- Supervise the Portals team and Team Coordinators to maintain operational standards and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and deliver training to new hires and existing staff.
- Draft and distribute policies, memos, and updates regarding portals and DLD regulations.
- Support team members across departments, including Property Management, Family Living, Sales Progression, and HR.
Leadership Support
- Act as a liaison between agents, departments, and senior management regarding pending deals, missing signatures, or documents.
- Prepare data reports, presentations, and documentation for directors, and remind leadership of scheduled meetings or tasks.
- Record meeting minutes as required and provide updates in weekly leadership meetings with Sales Directors, Sales Managers, CEO, and COO.
Reporting & Financial Coordination
- Collaborate with Finance management on portal credit allocations per team.
- Generate monthly reports on portal utilization, verification, and TruCheck performance.
- Coordinate with Finance on deal payments, receipts, SOAs, refunds, and tax invoices.
- Request approvals for discounts, payment plans, or special client requests.
Compliance & Documentation
- Draft official forms, including Form A, Form B, NOC, Form I, and Contract F.
- Ensure Trakheesi permit applications and other regulatory requirements are met to avoid fines.
- Handle data updates such as client information, emails, phone numbers, and other system changes.
- Upload proof of payments and client documents into the system accurately.

- Execute end-to-end processing of medical and insurance transactions accurately and within required timelines.
- Validate, reconcile, and maintain data integrity across systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
