Our client, an IT services company offering sales and solutions to SMEs in Hong Kong and across Asia, is looking for a keen individual to support their systems and provide first line support to their clients. As such, we are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to work with this dynamic team! As a successful candidate, you will be working with the latest technologies and Microsoft products.
- Provide help desk support to our clients
- Daily administration tasks
- Provide remote support to clients as required
- Support in the following areas:
- Internal Sales applications
- All Microsoft Office applications (O365)
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Hardware fault/diagnosis (Laptops/Desktops/Printers, etc._)
- Assist Employees using custom applications
- Windows Azure and Amazon Web Services platform administration
