Customer Service Representative
After I left my previous job in construction, I was finding a job that has a little to no physical works. After multiple rejections, I finally landed a job to a international call center based here on our area. I got the role of chat support on a British streaming service. I answers real-time chats from the customers who inquires about shows, errors on their app etc. Little over a year, I got promoted as subject matter expert in the same account. I was doing email tickets, assisting agents with their questions about their chats, and taking outbound calls to assist customers.
