Associate Project Manager (2021-2025)
Leads new product/process transfer between cross-functional team coordinating closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and R&D. Also works with R&D to design appropriate test matrices and experiments to support systems validation tests for new products and applications. Performs method validations and transfer robust, cost-effective, and compliant test methods via documented procedures. Renders assistance to the Technical Support team in the diagnosis and resolution of internal as well as customer / field issues.
Technical Specialist (2011-2021)
Lead and supervise a team of 2 lab technicians who are responsible for raw material, in-process and finished goods testing. Also manage daily lab operations which includes schedules, data analysis and creating associated summary reports, and communicating findings to the Engineering Team.

QC Engineer (2007-2011)
Conducts raw material, in-process and finished goods testing. Also performs the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) on Process and Environmental Laboratory Procedures. Internal Auditor for the periodic Internal Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Good Housekeeping Audits ( ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001).
