Throughout my recruitment experience, I have applied lead generation principles by identifying potential candidates and prospects through various sourcing channels, conducting market research, and maintaining organized talent and prospect pipelines. I am skilled in relationship building, administrative support, data entry, and records management. Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
