I’m a detail-oriented professional with experience in document control, lead generation, and online selling. I started in the construction industry, where I handled important project documents and made sure everything was accurate and organized.
As I looked for a more flexible career to balance work and family, I moved into the virtual world. I worked as a Lead Generation Specialist, doing market research and finding quality leads through LinkedIn, usually hitting 50+ prospects a day.
I also have years of experience selling online through Shopee, Lazada, and social media. I’ve handled everything from sourcing products from Australia and the US to talking directly with customers, so I understand how to build trust and keep clients happy.

Responsible for uploading, publishing, and managing eBook products on Google Play Books, ensuring each title is properly formatted, accurately listed, and optimized to attract buyers while meeting Google’s publishing guidelines. Ensures all eBooks are professionally presented, correctly uploaded, and ready for sale to maximize visibility and sales.
Manage product listings, pricing, and stock; process and ship orders on time; provide good customer service; handle payments and records; follow platform rules; run promotions; and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
