Personal Loan Customer List

This project was completed as a sample project demonstrating my data entry skills, guided by my coach during my Virtual Assistant training program. The goal was to practice data entry, organize and structure data to improve readability and analysis, and apply basic data visualization using charts. I created a sample loan customer database and built charts to present the data clearly. This project is included in my portfolio to showcase my skills in data entry, data management, and the use of spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

The charts were designed to visualize the loan data and make the information easier to analyze. They illustrate the distribution of loan types, the status of loans, and the trend of loan amounts over time. These charts demonstrate my ability to organize and present data in a clear and professional manner using spreadsheet tools.

The Outstanding Mortgage List displays a group of customers who currently have an unpaid balance on their home loans (mortgage). This list is organized in a table format to clearly present important customer and financial information.

List of Top 10 CEO

This is a comprehensive list of the top 10 Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) in the Philippines, carefully compiled using Google Sheets. It includes important details that offer an insightful overview of the leading business figures in the country, with each entry highlighting the influence and leadership of these individuals across various industries.

I created a Sales Tracker spreadsheet using Google Sheets to demonstrate my data entry skills, including the use of IF formulas, SUM, COUNTIF, and VLOOKUP functions. I applied a Pivot Table for data summarization and a Pie Chart for data visualization. Tools used: Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

I encoded and formatted an Employee Directory from a PDF source into Google Sheets. The data includes Employee ID, Full Name, Department, Position, Email, and Date Hired for 10 employees. Professional formatting was applied, including bold headers, color coding, and borders.
