I am currently working as Administrative Assistant at Asian Hospital and Medical Center specifically at the Emergency Room. I’ve been working there for almost 8 years now.
My course is very far from the career that I have now, I am an IT graduate. I graduated at San Pedro College of Business Administration on 15th Day of April 2015. And after 10 years, I’ve decided that I want to pursue my first dream. To work in an environment where I can use the things I’ve learned from school. I am a very hardworking person, I can handle stress, work under pressure, I can do multiple tasks and I am a very trustworthy type of person.

I work as an Administrative Assistant in a hospital, providing administrative support to doctors and nurses to ensure smooth patient care operations. I manage and maintain accurate electronic patient records using EMR systems, processing high volumes of data (approximately 100–150 records daily) while ensuring the correct entry of patient demographics, medical history, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans. I verify that medical diagnoses, procedures, and treatments are properly coded and linked for billing and insurance purposes, assist healthcare staff with basic EMR troubleshooting, and support training and adoption of new EMR features in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
