I am the youngest son in our family. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from Holy Cross of Davao College. I am a sports enthusiast, and basketball is the sport I am most passionate about. During my college years, I played for our department team, and after graduation, I continued competing in various basketball leagues. I was fortunate to receive several Best Player of the Game awards throughout my playing career. In addition, I enjoy cooking a variety of dishes. Professionally, I worked in the banking industry for a decade with BDO Network Bank, Inc., where I gained valuable experience and developed my professional skills.

Responsible for coordinating and purchasing tickets for upcoming events, including concerts, sporting events, theater performances, and other special occasions. This involved researching event schedules, comparing ticket options, securing reservations through authorized platforms, and ensuring all purchases were completed accurately and within required timelines. Additionally, I monitored ticket availability, managed booking records, verified payment transactions, and provided timely updates regarding event details, seating arrangements, and ticket distribution. Through these responsibilities, I developed strong organizational, time management, attention-to-detail, and customer service skills while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for attendees.
As client service associate, I served as the frontliner of the bank, providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with their banking needs. My responsibilities included processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, as well as accurately counting and verifying cash transactions. I also addressed various client inquiries and concerns, ensuring that their banking transactions were handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
As account assistant, I managed client accounts by monitoring and reminding clients of their upcoming and overdue payments. I was responsible for accurately posting payments, preparing and sending collection letters for delinquent accounts, and maintaining updated account records. Additionally, I organized and managed client documents by ensuring that all records were properly filed and maintained in their respective folders for easy access and compliance purposes.
