My name is Agnes L. Bangit, commonly known as Agnes. I currently reside at 419 Santan Street, Santiago, Sta. Ana, Pampanga. I am married and a proud mother of one child. I am a responsible, hardworking, and family-oriented individual who values integrity, dedication, and continuous personal and professional growth.
In terms of academics, I completed my elementary education at Santiago Elementary School (1998–2004) and my secondary education at Holy Cross College (2004–2008). I earned my college degree from Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (DHVTSU) (2008–2012) and pursued a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Guagua National Colleges (2018–2020). I am committed to continuous learning and recently completed a Virtual Assistant Training last March 21, 2026, where I developed skills in communication, administrative support, and the use of essential digital tools.
I bring with me extensive work experience in customer service, administrative support, and healthcare operations. I worked as a Cashier at Super Value Incorporated (SM Pampanga) from June 14, 2012 to November 10, 2023, where I handled cash transactions, ensured accurate payment processing, and delivered excellent customer service. I also served as an Admitting Clerk at JBLMGH (January 7, 2013 – October 31, 2014), managing patient registration and admission processes. As an OPD Clerk (November 1, 2014 – December 31, 2014), I handled patient records and appointment scheduling. I then worked as a Cashier at JBLMGH EMPC (January 5, 2015 – January 30, 2016), maintaining accurate financial records. As a Nursing Attendant (February 1, 2016 – June 30, 2016), I assisted in patient care and supported medical staff. Currently, I am serving as an Administrative Assistant II at JBLMGH (July 8, 2016 – present), where I manage documents, coordinate with different departments, and ensure efficient office operations.
