I'm a BSIT graduate. 33 years old, married, and a father of one. I'm currently looking for an online job as a Virtual Assistant.
For my work experiences, I’ve worked as a Transcriptionist, Quality Control Agent for over 5 years from February 2014 to September 2019. There, we were converting voicemails into quality and accurate texts, so the recipients receives the messages as SMS on their phone device.
Next to that, from September 2019 to June 2024 for a different company, I've worked as a Chat Associate/Support(Level 2 and Level Guru) where the account I've handled is a Financial Technology or E-money.
Then from September 2024 to April 27, 2025, I was reprofiled as a Customer Service Representative for a food delivery account for over 8 months, 2 months(inbound calls & email) and 6 months blended(chat, emails with outbound calls).
I provided support to the customers' concerns and resolving their issues, with empathy, good manners and positive attitude.
Additionally, from March 2020 to April 2025, I worked from home remotely for over 5 years, so I can assure you that the work data privacy, sensitive and confidential information stays secure and safe with me.
I'm Tech savvy, detail-oriented, can work under pressure, with minimal supervision, fast learner and can easily adapt to changes. My goal is to provide good and quality services to my future clients or employer.
