CUSTOMER DATABASE

Figure 1. Customers Report
The Customer Report presents organized customer information together with corresponding purchase records for AH Office & Electronics. It is designed to display essential customer details alongside transaction data, making the information easy to review and understand.
The data shown in this Customer Report sheet is linked directly to the Raw Data sheet using a built-in spreadsheet function: =SORT ('Raw Data' !A2:Z, 1, TRUE).This report serves as a refined view of the same dataset, arranged for better readability and reference.
Figure 2. Raw Data
The Raw Data sheet contains the same customer and purchase information displayed in the Customer Report but in its original, unprocessed form. All data—including customer details, purchase dates, purchased items, quantities, prices, payment methods, and notes—came from this sheet.
This sheet serves as the primary source of information and from this, the data is organized and presented in the Customer Report sheet while maintaining the same content and values. This ensures the consistency between both sheets.
