I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for over six years, supporting clients with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. Over time, I have found my strength in helping businesses stay organized and run smoothly, especially in the real estate space. I enjoy being the person behind the scenes who keeps things on track and makes sure nothing gets missed.

A big part of my experience is in real estate transaction coordination. I handle the day-to-day process from contract to closing, making sure documents are complete, deadlines are met, and communication flows well between everyone involved. I am also comfortable managing administrative tasks such as email and calendar management, CRM updates, data entry, and research. These are the kinds of tasks I genuinely enjoy because they help bring structure and clarity to a busy workflow.

I have also worked on social media, specifically managing Facebook business pages for real estate clients. I create and post content regularly to keep the page active and engaging. It is something I like doing because it combines creativity with consistency, and I understand how important it is for businesses to stay visible online.

• I worked as an Executive VA of a Broker based in Pennsylvania USA, I helped him with updating CRM on a daily basis, such as adding notes and following up with the leads from our database. My tasks also include following up with his agents and updating the spreadsheet for the total closed sales for the whole year and I’m also monitoring the sales every month.
