Data Entry
These are samples of my work from my training at ProVA as well as my previous experiences, demonstrating my skills in data entry, record management, database creation, and organizing information.
I created and organized a customer database using Google Sheets. I recorded detailed customer information including name, last name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, purchase date, items purchased, quantity, price, total amount, order number, payment method, and additional notes.

During my GVA training, my mentor assigned me a task to research the top CEOs in the Philippines for 2025 and compile their information into a structured database. I collected and organized details including first name, last name, title, company name, company address, website, social media profiles (Facebook and Instagram), and email addresses. This task helped me develop strong research skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in organizing professional data accurately.

One example from my previous work involves inputting and recording student details into a database. I accurately entered information including ID number, last name, first name, middle name, gender, birthdate, course, and year level, ensuring that all student records were organized, complete, and easily accessible for administrative purposes.
