I studied Bachelor of Science in hotel and restaurant management in university of perpetual help system dalta. In this field i learned lot of things like communicating in different kinds of people, valuable skills such as organization, responsibility, and problem-solving, which I apply in my professional tasks.
I've attended virtual training in PROVA; it was such a pleasure and lucky to enroll in this kind of training because i learned lot of things as virtual assistant, I can apply this knowledge for applying in freelancing.

2017-2019 I've worked as customer service representative in financing company, it was a good job experience, i learned how to handle customer under pressure, my computer skills were improved also we're using ms excel, google spreadsheet, ms word in collecting client's data.
Year 2016
I've worked as service crew in french baker under hansbake corporation. It was a struggle for me by working here because it was far from our house but i've overcome, I've learned how to manage my time on how to go to work early. I've learned also how to multitask, because in this job my task was cashier, organizing breads on counter, preparing and serving food, cleaning on my workstation.

I've experienced as pantry personnel in max's restaurant it is a casual dine in restaurant. I've learned how to organize pantry side, helping chefs in preparing food order it was a pleasure to worked in this big company they thought me how to manage my time, socialize and work under pressure when having high volume of customer.
