 Established in house S-Curve, BOM and Construction Schedule based on the defined duration of
the project.
 Established Equipment requirements and weekly summary of equipment utilization and breakdown.
 Weekly updating of construction schedule, S Curve, Straight Line Diagram, Materials monitoring
and Manpower requirements based on the accomplished work.
 Inspected the readiness of the project before pouring.
 Ensuring on time catch up plan in cases of delay.
 Conducted minimum of one meeting with the pakyaw and impose safety of the project.
 Documentation of the project site visit through picture and narrative report.
 Determining and prepare estimates of operational costs.
 Ensuring on time coordination with procurement of the materials needed based on the construction
schedule.
 Updating the risk assessment in cases of changes of the project condition or occurrence of
problems.
 Ensuring that the work carried out by the workers and other related activities are as per the safety
regulation of the respective area.
 Conducted Material Inventory and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse.
 Supervised all construction activities, including monitoring and controlling the progress of a
project based on the Project Plan to ensure deliveries.
 Planning, Conducting, Reporting, and Recording inspections effectively and efficiently.
 Checking the placement and measurement of materials quantity, volume, locations, and
position as per the plan.
 Ensuring that all materials had undergone testing before the execution of the process based on the
construction schedule.
 Conducted quality and quantity inspections for billing.
 Scheduling and monitoring activities of Admin manpower.
 Monitoring and filing of external documents of projects.
 Providing key plans for the project as required by the construction.
 Preparing design and as-built drawing as required by the construction.
 Creating SLD of projects as tool of project site inspection checklist.
