I have a bachelor's degree in accounting technology. I have essentially worked in the accounting and bookkeeping fields for 5 years. Since the epidemic and modern life are difficult, I may be able to pick up more knowledge and abilities for working as a virtual assistant. I am a flexible person who can learn things up quickly and learn new things.

For Accounting Staff-AR
• Prepare billings for customers. (Email/For counter)
• Monitors collection report of every branch in the system, and reconcile them in the passbook, if reflected.
• Generate withholding tax in the system, and match/reconcile them with the hard copy 2307 from customer.
For System-in-charge
• Check email or viber for concerns regarding system error or not matched accounts.
• Solve system concerns and ask Dev for help sometimes.
• Approves booking changes and checks them is the details were all true and correct.
• Conducts financial statement audits to assess whether the financial statement present is true and fair view of an organization’s financial position, performance, and cash flows.
• Evaluate client’s internal controls, which are systems and processes designs to safeguard assets, prevent and detect fraud, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Examine financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation to verify the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the reported figures.
• Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins.
