My story doesn't start behind a laptop. It starts with a leap of faith across the sea.
I pursued my Diploma in Leisure Management in Malaysia, diving into the world of tourism and hospitality β completing my OJT with a travel and tours company and falling in love with the art of creating seamless experiences for people. That season abroad didn't just give me a diploma. It gave me confidence, independence, and a global perspective I carry into everything I do.
While in Malaysia, I wore more than one hat β and I wore them well.
I became a Brand Ambassador for PLDT, one of the Philippines' most recognized telecommunications companies, and was proudly part of the pioneer team when they expanded their presence in Malaysia. It was fast-paced, high-visibility work β and I thrived in it.
Alongside that, I worked as a General Clerk for a recruiting agency connected to POEA-registered partners in the Philippines. There, I handled documentation, file management, and assisted clients through their visa processes β learning early that behind every smooth transaction is someone detail-oriented enough to make it look effortless.
Then I came home to the Philippines β and hit the ground running.
I joined OPPO Philippines as a Field Auditor and Product Specialist, where I was assigned to cover the NCR region. It was my first real taste of fully independent fieldwork β conducting on-the-ground audits, delivering product knowledge training, and making sure sales data was accurate and accounted for. It pushed me to be detail-driven, self-directed, and adaptable β qualities I carry with me to this day.
From the field, I found my way into the digital world.
I started managing social media for local businesses β and what began with Canva and curiosity quickly grew into a full-fledged skill set in digital marketing and content strategy. I learned how to translate a brand's voice into a scroll-stopping online presence, and I never looked back.
I also spent time as a Property Consultant, where I learned the art of high-trust client relationships and consultative selling β skills that still shape how I engage with every client I work with today.
Most recently, I served as the Operations and Social Media Manager for a doctor-author's personal brand β creating and managing health content that educated and engaged audiences, while driving traffic to his book and website. It was the perfect intersection of systems thinking, storytelling, and strategy.
Today, I'm your right-hand partner in the digital workspace.

Managed end-to-end social media operations and backend administration across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Handled content scheduling, light copywriting, and community engagement while optimizing digital assets and links via Systeme.io, Hostinger, and Linktree. Maintained organized workspace systems and tracked performance analytics to streamline workflows and improve overall brand consistency.
Promoted and sold condominium units by assisting clients in finding properties suited to their needs and budget. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation, ensuring a smooth sales process. Created marketing materials such as posters and managed social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
As a Social Media Manager, I handle the end-to-end management of Facebook Pages by creating engaging content, designing poster layouts, and writing captions tailored to the target audience. I am responsible for posting schedules, ensuring consistent branding, and responding to inquiries to maintain strong customer engagement. Creativity is essential in this role, as I develop ideas that capture attention, build community interaction, and support the overall growth of the page. My work combines content creation, visual design, and customer service to deliver an impactful online presence.
As a Field Auditor, I was responsible for conducting area audits to ensure sales reports accurately reflected actual performance. I assessed product knowledge of sales teams, investigated issues behind low sales, and identified factors affecting performance that were often overlooked by management. I also ensured full compliance with company policies and safeguarded operations against irregularities or hidden practices.
Handled clerical and administrative tasks focused on preparing and processing legal documents for clients. Ensured accuracy and completeness of paperworks submitted to immigration to secure working permits, enabling clients to legally work in Malaysia. Experienced in document management, compliance, and supporting smooth recruitment operations.
As Sales Ambassadors for a SIM card, my main responsibility is to help promote the product and encourage customers to use it. This includes explaining the benefits and promos, engaging with people in a positive way, and supporting my team in reaching our sales targets. Good communication and confidence are important to convince customers to try the product.
