This case study focuses on a mock café brand, Brew Haven. I begin by identifying and analyzing the key challenges the business is facing based on key metrics. Based on these insights, I establish clear objectives and develop a strategic approach to address those challenges effectively.
The second step involves conducting market research. I analyze high-performing content within the same industry to identify trends, content patterns, and audience preferences. These insights help ensure that the strategy is based on what already works, allowing for more effective and targeted content creation. Here is a visual aid:

I then develop a 30-day content calendar with clearly defined weekly goals to help guide execution and measure performance. This is presented to the client for review and approval. While the calendar provides a structured plan, it remains flexible and can be adjusted based on current trends and content performance. Once approved, I proceed with content creation, ensuring that each piece aligns with the defined content pillars and weekly objectives while maintaining consistency across all posts.
