I manage outbound email campaigns using Smartlead, supporting campaign execution, follow-up sequences, and ongoing outreach operations to help connect creators with potential brand partners.

b. Lead Generation & Brand Research

I research relevant brands and potential contacts, helping identify prospects that align with creator partnership opportunities. I also prepare and organize prospect data for use in targeted outbound campaigns.

c. Prospect List Preparation & Data Cleaning

I organize prospect lists in Google Sheets, review brand information, and identify duplicate domains to help maintain clean, structured prospect data and reduce unnecessary duplication in outreach.

d. Inbox & Reply Management

I monitor incoming campaign replies and distinguish positive responses from out-of-office messages and other reply types. This helps the team identify potential partnership opportunities and prioritize appropriate follow-up.

e. Campaign Performance Reporting

I compile campaign performance updates for management review, helping the team track outreach activity and evaluate responses. My reporting work includes organizing campaign results and applying consistent rules when interpreting replies.

f. Outbound Workflow Improvement

I contribute to improving outbound operations by exploring more consistent campaign organization, reply categorization, and potential Slack–Smartlead integration to support team coordination and lead handoffs.

g. Team Coordination & Lead Handoff

I work with management and relevant team members to organize campaign information, communicate prospect responses, and route potential partnership opportunities for further review.
