I created and maintained a structured customer mortgage database containing essential client information. The database included the customer’s first name, last name, and unique customer ID for accurate identification and record management. I encoded and organized gender and location details to ensure complete customer profiles. I also recorded each customer’s current position or occupation for employment-related reference. Educational background was included to provide additional information for customer profiling. Salary information was carefully entered and organized to support financial and mortgage-related data analysis. 

I focused on accuracy and consistency when entering information into the database. I reviewed records to minimize spelling errors, duplicate entries, and missing information. I maintained confidentiality when handling personal and financial customer information. This project demonstrates my attention to detail, data entry accuracy, organization, and ability to manage customer information efficiently.

This data encoding project involved compiling a list of the Top 30 Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and accurately organizing their professional and company information into a structured database. The collected data included each CEO's first name, last name, job title, official website, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profile links, email address, company name, and company address, with information verified from publicly available sources whenever possible. Each record was carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness before being entered into the database. The project required strong internet research, data verification, and spreadsheet management skills to maintain high-quality records. This work demonstrates proficiency in data encoding, attention to detail, organization, and efficient handling of professional business information.

The task included accurately compiling each CEO's name, company name, company address, official company website, Facebook page, Instagram account, and publicly available business email address. I ensured that all information was gathered from reliable sources and entered into a structured spreadsheet with consistent formatting and attention to detail. This project strengthened my skills in online research, data verification, data entry accuracy, and spreadsheet management. I also demonstrated the ability to organize large amounts of information efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Through this experience, I developed strong attention to detail, time management, and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
