Before you decide whether I’m the right assistant, here’s something worth knowing: my experience started behind a pharmacy counter.
For more than 10 years at Watsons Philippines, I worked with details that mattered—stock discrepancies, delivery issues, expiry deadlines, and operational reports. I conducted daily counts of 50–100 SKUs, investigated variances, coordinated stock transfers and vendor returns, and served as temporary store OIC when store officers were absent.
My curiosity also led me into content creation. I built Pawvorite Moments, a personal Facebook page that reached nearly 2,000 followers and approximately one million total views in about one month. Behind those results were posting-time research, AI video prompting, and a willingness to experiment and learn.
What connects inventory work and content creation? For me, it’s paying attention: noticing what needs checking, understanding what isn’t working, and following through.
I’m now bringing that approach into administrative support, inventory and eCommerce operations, email and chat support, and social media assistance. I use Excel VLOOKUP, Google Sheets, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools to support my work.
I’m new to professional virtual assistance, and I’m ready to learn the systems your business uses. For customer-facing support, I’m focusing on non-voice roles through email and chat.
If my background has made you curious, take a look at my work samples. Let’s discuss one task you need handled and how I would approach it.
