I oversee the global Accounts Payable processes for Sony Pictures Entertainment using various systems and applications, such as SAP, JDE, Ariba, etc. I worked with different teams and businesses to ensure that policies and procedures are always updated. I’m involved in decision-making together with the senior operations in the organization. I manage teams from different locations like India, Poland, Guatemala, and China.
I manage the Accounts Payable Department for Sony Pictures Entertainment in North America. I deal with multiple team members to ensure that our deliverables are completed timely and accurately. I also work with the different lines of business within Sony to establish policies and procedures. I’m always in charge of making important decisions in terms of Accounts Payable improvements.
I oversee the Accounts Payable processes, where I use the system called SAP.
