Hi, I’m Beverlyn, a 35-year-old Virtual Assistant based in Davao City, Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management. In my most recent role as an Administrative Assistant at the Southern Philippines Medical Center, I’ve been responsible for managing calendars, leaves,DTR, request office supplies, answering phone calls, doctors for signature in patient medical certificates, requesting documents and requirements for HR matter sand other clerical work. Prior to that, I worked as a Loans Clerk and Receptionist, where I handled client records, scheduled appointments, and supported front-desk operations. My strengths lie in calendar management and efficient document handling—all of which are essential for a virtual assistant role.
I’m known for my ability to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy even with tight deadlines. I’m now looking to transition into a virtual assistant position where I can use my experience to support clients remotely while continuing to grow professionally.
