Travel Account (international). Responsible for airline booking, car rental and hotel reservations.
Handling food delivery account. Assisting customers about their order, if there’s an issue with the food or asking about the status of their order. We do outbound, inbound and email on this LOB.
Handling telco accounts. Assisting customers about their account and internet connection. Making sure that there is no problem with their internet connection.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
