I specialize in patient scheduling, insurance verification, virtual check-ins, and managing electronic medical records to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
With strong attention to detail and communication skills, I help healthcare providers stay organized while making sure patients receive timely assistance, clear communication, and compassionate support in every interaction.
In addition, I also join a training for General Virtual Assistant in PRO VA with coach Dham. I learned a lot on the workshop which enhance more my knowledge and skills and I can say that I am capable of any virtual assistant position.
