We are responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing or investing in real estate properties. Serving as the link between property owners, potential buyers or tenants while providing market knowledge, property recommendations and transaction support
Main Duties and Resposibility
- Client Assistance and Sales
Assist clients in finding suitable residential, commercial and investment properties
Conduct property site visits and tours
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Generate sales leads through online inquire, walk ins, and referrals
Maintain an active database of clients and prospects
Assist clients with reservation forms, contracts, and other required documents.
Ensure all documents are complete and accurate
Help negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions
Helping with daily task to keep the workplace organized and running smoothly. We provide Administrative support to managers and employees by handling documents, answering calls, organizing files, and assisting with office operations.
