(Service Maintenance Reminder / Marketing Staff / Receptionist)

My main position is Service Maintenance Reminder Staff, the one who handles the client first for inbound calls in booking an appointment for maintenance service. On the other hand, I also handle clients who have difficulties on understanding their unit’s problem, if technical we endorse them directly to our service advisors. I also collect client’s information in every endorsement, for example requesting a quotation for PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service).
Before I transferred being an MR Staff, I have also been a Service Marketing Staff. In this position, my responsibility is to create any marketing activities and promos for Toyota Dasmariñas Service. I use communication to client via Facebook where I post the marketing collaterals I have created from Canva. I am also the one who executes the Marketing activities in the Department where I create simple games to give promos and discounts to clients to create rapport in person.
I also experienced being a receptionist as my first position. I am the one who receives clients to collect their information and warranty booklet and endorsing them to the Service Advisor for any Service including maintenance, general job, and body repair.
