Hi there! I am Charity Marie Andrade, a Construction Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant who loves helping contractors, builders, and business leaders stay organized, efficient and stress free. Over 5 years, I've had the chance to support different construction professionals with project coordination, scheduling, estimates, and admin tasks - basically that help keeps the project running smoothly from start to finish.
I'm a bit systems of geek - I am fond in organizing files, managing communication, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks. Whether it's tracking RFI's, preparing estimates, or managing project timelines. I enjoy creating out order out of chaos and helping my clients save time everyday.
I'm familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Procore, STACK, Asana, and Trello, and learning other project management platforms. But beyond the tech, I really value open communication and teamwork. I believe that clear updates and processes are the backbone of any successful construction project.
What I love the most about what I do is being with a team that bring projects to life - from the preparation to bidding. Knowing I added good part in keeping everything on good track , gives me huge sense of fulfillment.
When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring things in construction like improving my skills, and how to use take - off software more convenient and efficient. I love looking for ways how to work efficiently, convenient, simple

I undergo general virtual assistant training, which Coach Dhamielyn mentors. She assigned me to create a sample presentations, make a travel itinerary for an executive, manage calendar, schedules, and email. In applying the task, I used Canva for making presentations, used the booking websites for flights, transportation, and hotels. In addition, I used Google Calendar and Calendly in managing schedules, emails of an executive. Afterwards, I put in my portfolio.
I worked as a Construction Virtual Assistant for 5 years. I analyze blueprints, estimates, and provide take off material quantities, in residential and commercial projects. I am efficient enough in construction software such as STACK & Procore ensuring that I can provide precise and accurate take offs. I am also knowledgeable in CSI Masterformat and am specialize in working multi-trade scopes such as Masonry, Structural, Concrete, Drywall, Painting, and Finishes.
