*Verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing housing construction materials.
*Recording and Encoding of outgoing and incoming construction materials.
*Serves as the point person in terms of warehouse operations focusing on material inventory and warehouse management (receiving and dispatch of construction materials).
*This position is also expected to ensure proper warehouse processes and documentation.
Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
Accept cash and return the correct change.
Operate cash registers and other electronics.
Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales.
Process refunds and exchanges.
Greet customers and answer their questions.
Sanitize dining rooms and work stations.
-Prepare trial balances and work paper product
-Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries
-Prepare financial data analysis
-Monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables
-Interact with Management and Clients
-Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients, including the Service Level Agreement
-Operate as a contact point for clients
-Act as a liaison with various internal /external parties – auditors, legal counsel
-Assist in client audit procedures
-Process wire transfer payments on behalf of clients
a. Greet and/or check in people entering the clinic
b. Responsible for answering questions from and provide information to patients/visitors/clients
c. Answer phones, take messages, forward calls
d. Direct patients/visitors/clients and or escort them to a specific destination.
e. Collect and record patients' personal information for medical processing
f. Collect and record payments for services and provide receipts
g. Prepare routine reports, bills, claims, and orders to Accounting department
h. Manage incoming and outgoing emails related to patient information and payments
i. Maintain and practice data privacy
