I am a dedicated and detail-oriented with three years of experience in the loan releasing process, including two years as a Loan Releasing Trainer and one year as a Loan Releasing Associate. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in loan documentation, process compliance, authentication of documents and training team members to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
In addition to my lending experience, I have basic Canva skills, including creating and editing video tutorials, presentations, and reminder and announcement banners. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which I use to prepare reports, training materials.
