Data Entry
DATA ENTRY PROFESSIONAL / TRAINEE
In my previous role as a Telemarketer, I also handled Data Entry tasks using Microsoft Office and was responsible for organizing and updating client information in a centralized system. Due to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) I signed, I am not permitted to share any confidential data.
To further enhance my skills, I enrolled in the General Virtual Assistant (GVA) training program at ProVA.ph, where I chose Social Media Management (SMM), Data Entry, and Travel Management as my primary niches. Through this training, I strengthened my skills in data organization, social media support, travel coordination, and delivering high-quality administrative services.

I performed data entry by collecting and organizing church member information using Google Sheets, making sure all records were accurate and updated. I also used Microsoft Word to prepare documents and reports.
I created presentations for games and church activities using Microsoft PowerPoint. For church materials and designs, I previously used Microsoft Publisher and now use Canva to create clean and professional layouts.

During college, I gained proficiency in Google Forms by creating structured quizzes and assessments, developing skills in organizing forms, managing responses, and analyzing data. I also became skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Publisher, creating professional and visually engaging presentations.
I applied these skills both in my previous work and in supporting my ministry, designing clear layouts, organizing information effectively, and producing polished materials.
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in Data Entry, I can help your business organize and manage data efficiently, create clear reports and presentations, and support smooth operations using tools like Google Forms, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
