I've been helping manage my mother's buy-and-sell business,
which focuses on the import and export of fish, mussels, and
other seafood.
In this role, I handle customer communications, manage
contacts, arrange travel bookings, and process product
reservations. This experience has helped me develop strong
organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
Handled complaints calmly and professionally, providing
appropriate solutions to promote continued customer satisfaction.
