As the Assistant Treasurer and Property Manager at Emaus Foundation Inc., I supported the Treasurer in managing the organization’s finances by handling administrative tasks, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, assisting with budgeting, and monitoring expenses. As Property Manager, I oversaw the daily operations of the foundation’s properties, responded to tenant concerns and complaints, coordinated maintenance and repair requests, and ensured timely collection and settlement of rental payments.
As the owner of CTMG Jetbag Food Stall, I mainly managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the business. I supervised my employees, ensured smooth service, and monitored sales and inventory. I handled coordination with suppliers and managed budgets. I also made sure that product quality and customer service met the standards of the franchise. This role helped me strengthen my skills in leadership, operations management, and business development.
At Find My VA Agency, I was assigned to work directly with the CEO of Vibe Travel as a Social Media Manager, overseeing the brand’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest pages. I created and managed content calendars, scheduled posts, and maintained consistent branding and messaging across platforms. I also engaged with followers, responded to inquiries, and supported the CEO in expanding the brand’s online presence and audience reach.
