I began my career in 2008 as a Customer Associate and advanced to the role of Senior Customer Specialist in 2017. Throughout my tenure as a front-line professional, I consistently delivered exceptional service by assisting clients with banking transactions, managing inquiries, and resolving concerns and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.

More recently, I expanded my expertise as a Virtual Finance Analyst for a Florida-based landscaping and marketing companies, where I handled bookkeeping and administrative functions. This experience strengthened my ability to work remotely, manage financial records, and support business operations with efficiency and accuracy.

My background has further enhanced my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information—qualities essential in virtual support roles.
