My name is Cyron Jay S. Dacayo, an education professional and customer service specialist from Iloilo, Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor in Elementary Education from Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College – Lemery Campus in 2017.
My professional journey began in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, where I gained over five years of experience in customer service and technical support through companies such as Teletech, iQor, and Asurion. These roles strengthened my communication, problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
In 2023, I transitioned to the education sector and joined the Department of Education (DepEd) as a Teacher I. Currently serving as a Teacher-In-Charge, I manage both instructional and administrative responsibilities, including school operations, personnel coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of educational programs. This role has enhanced my leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities while allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the development of learners and the community.
