Provide technical supervision over the accounting and budgeting functions of the office, ensuring sound financial management and adherence to government accounting and auditing rules. I prepare the office’s financial statements and accompanying notes, certify the availability and correctness of funds, and review and sign disbursement vouchers, contract billings, and payrolls to ensure the completeness of supporting documents. I also certify the accuracy of financial reports and monitor their timely submission. Furthermore, I oversee compliance with audit recommendations, prepare responses to COA Audit Observation Memoranda on financial matters, and advise top management on accounting, budgeting, cash management, project financing, and financial systems and procedures.
Responsible for approving Journal Entry Vouchers (JEVs) in the Electronic New Government Accounting System, encoding adjusting entries, and preparing the financial statements together with their corresponding notes in accordance with government accounting standards.
Responsible for daily cash positioning to ensure proper fund management, preparation of payroll, and computation of weekly commissions in support of the company’s financial operations.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
