Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management

Hi, I’m Deanna “Dee” Madamba. I bring over 10 years of experience in facility management, event coordination, executive assistance, and customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve managed day-to-day operations, coordinated corporate events, and provided direct administrative and customer-facing support to executives and clients.
I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing calendars, emails, documentation, presentations, and event logistics. I genuinely enjoy keeping things structured, making sure operations run smoothly, and supporting teams behind the scenes so everything comes together seamlessly. I also have experience in data analysis and process improvement, always looking for ways to work smarter and more efficiently.
Outside of work, I’m into performing arts and love spending time at the beach—it keeps me creative and balanced. I’m now transitioning into a General Virtual Assistant role, where I can work remotely and use my skills to help business owners and teams stay organized, efficient, and focused on what truly matters.
Are you ready to level up your business? I’m DEE one you’ve been waiting for.
