Responsible for handling legal documentation and case support for family-related matters, including preparing, organizing, and following up on required documents to help strengthen clients’ cases. Also manages the preparation and processing of closing legal documents such as discharges of liens, releases of list pendent, dismissals, and satisfactions of judgment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely filing.
Responsible for managing high-volume ticket queues and ensuring timely, accurate resolution of operational and support-related issues. Handles between 100–200 tickets daily while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting strict service-level agreements (SLAs). Monitors ticket patterns and trends to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Maintains clear and thorough documentation of ticket activities to support effective teamcommunication and issue tracking. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to resolve complex or escalated concerns efficiently. Configures and manages browser profiles and IP proxies to support operational requirements and system functionality. Consistently demonstrates strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
