- Focused on increasing sales while keeping CPA stable
Built a full-funnel Meta structure using ABO for testing, CBO for controlled scaling, and ASC for automated broad scaling. Tested multiple hooks and creatives across segmented ad sets, then consolidated winners into scaling campaigns. Managed €180k+ in monthly spend while maintaining profitable CPA and 1.3–1.6 ROAS.
II. Performance Comparison
1. February vs March Results
In February, Google Ads was the main profit driver. It generated strong returns with a 3.82 ROAS and produced significant profit.
Meta was close to breakeven with a 1.03 ROAS, but after product and operational cost, it resulted in a loss. This showed that Meta needed further optimization.
In March, both platforms were scaled significantly.
Meta improved from a loss to slightly profitable performance.
Google Ads was scaled aggressively while maintaining strong returns, generating over €300K in profit.
