As a first-time virtual assistant, I'd describe myself as someone eager to help, quick to learn, and focused on making a client's work easier even while still gaining experience. I maybe new, but I bring a strong willingness to learn fast and adapt to whatever tools, systems, or tasks a client needs. I understand that my role is to support, so I'm ready to take on tasks like organizing emails, managing schedules, doing research, and handling basic admin work with care and attention to detail.

As a sales consultant, it is a combination of sales, financial advising and customer service. Our main objective is to help clients plan financial protection for their families. Helping them choose the right policy that are suitable for their needs such as term life, whole life or other insurance plans.
Helps and support the Branch Manager in running daily operations, supervising staff, and assisting applicants who wants to apply jobs in other countries. Support and guide recruitment officers, admin staff, and coordinators. Train new employees and ensure productivity.
We provide customer service through online chat, helping customers with questions about orders, products, deliveries, and returns.
Organize digital files, schedule meetings and appointments, send reminders to the client about upcoming events.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
