With a hands-on experience in logistics operations, including inbound shipment coordination, shipment verification, and documentation. As an Inbound Specialist supporting Texas Instruments through Kintetsu World Express, I monitored inbound shipments, coordinated unloading, verified shipments, managed SAP records, and worked with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
In addition to my work experience, I completed formal Freight Logistics training with FreightCourse101 that included using a Transportation Management System (TMS). I was provided access to a TMS platform for hands-on practice. I used the system to familiarize myself with the freight booking and transportation process, including creating sample loads and entering relevant shipment and load information.

(Inbound Specialist)
My primary responsibilities include monitoring incoming international shipments and keeping clients updated on their shipment status. Once shipments arrive, I verify all cargo against the Truck Manifest to ensure completeness. If everything is accounted for, I enter the data into our SAP system and notify clients or end-users via email that their items have arrived. Additionally, I coordinate with the stockroom team for stock items, transferring responsibility to them for proper storage.

Under Data Entry, the task involves entering data for the top 30 CEOs into a designated database or spreadsheet. This includes capturing essential information such as the CEO's name, company name, position, industry, annual salary, and other relevant details. Create a sample names and mortgage details into a designated database or spreadsheet. You will need to collect and input essential information, including each individual's name, mortgage amount, mortgage type, interest rate, and start and maturity dates. And lastly pass the typing test for 50 words per minute.
