-Quality Inspection Inspect products for any damages, defects, or shortages, and report discrepancies immediately to a supervisor. This often includes weighing, measuring, or recording samples of materials.
-Inventory Control Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconciling them with the records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
-Documentation and Data Entry Accurately record all inspection results, inventory movements, and transaction details in the WMS or other relevant systems. This also involves managing and maintaining supporting documents like bills of lading.
