Hello! My name is Jazel T. Guillemer, but you can call me Jazz. I am 32 years old and currently living in Brgy. 14, Caloocan City. I have been happily married for four years and I am a proud mom to a very lively and cheerful daughter. I am a persistent and hardworking person who can easily adapt to new environments. In my free time, I enjoy watching series on Netflix and learning new things that can help me grow professionally.

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher and began my career as a private school teacher before exploring better career opportunities to support my family as a breadwinner. This led me to the BPO industry, where I worked for over 7 years and 2 months, gaining extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and back-office operations. During this time, I handled several accounts including AT&T, QUIDSI, Amazon, and healthcare services, assisting customers with their accounts, orders, deliveries, devices, and service-related concerns. I was recognized as a top agent and was trusted to handle supervisor calls, which further strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and customer management skills. I also gained experience as a cold caller, where I developed strong persuasion and interpersonal skills while connecting with potential clients. Recently, I completed a Virtual Assistant training program where I learned essential VA skills such as data entry, online research, and spreadsheet management using tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Through hands-on projects, I created a Customer Purchase Database and conducted research to compile a List of Top 30 CEOs in the Philippines, ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper data formatting. With my background in teaching, customer service, and VA training, I bring patience, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail while providing reliable virtual assistance and administrative support.
