Recently, I began an exciting new chapter in my career by enrolling in General Virtual Assistance and Executive Assistance Training with ProVA while also joining an Internship under the Executive VA. * Providing high-level administrative support and to improve productivity streamline operations and enhance the executive ability to meet personal and professional objectives.
* Manage Executive Operations: coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements and handle email correspondence to ensure the executives daily activities run efficiently.
* Provide Administrative and Project Support: prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and documentations.

* Oversee daily salon operations on four brands (spa, nail, waxing and brow salon) by managing appointments, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring smooth customer flow.
* Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming clients, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a professional, friendly environment.
* Handle financial transactions and reporting by processing payments, issuing receipts, and preparing cash deposits accurately.
* Manage front desk and administrative tasks, including calls, emails, bookings, record-keeping, and maintaining office and inventory supplies.
* Deliver excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries.
* Manage Operations: Scheduling, POS transactions, reports, and opening/closing procedure.
